Honduras Punditry Based On Views of Constitutionalism, Or Views of Hugo Chavez?

Interesting guest essay in TNR on constitutionalism and the Honduran "coup," even though the author's contention that "so where you come down on Honduras really depends on which view of constitutions you favor" is a bit silly. There are actually quite a few other factors in where people "come down on" Honduras, and I'd bet the banana plantation that most commentators (from Mary Anastasia O'Grady to Noam Chomsky) are not really basing their views on any firm precepts of constitutionalism.
