Kazakhstan = Borat, and Lance Armstrong!

I hadn't realized that a bevy of state-owned companies from Kazakhstan are funding the powerhouse Astana cycling team that includes Alberto Contador and Lance Armstrong. (And apparently the Kazakhs plan to lavish money on proven stars for a few years to build up Astana's credibility, after which they can pack the team with home-grown Kazakh talent. Uh-huh. Good luck with that!)
