Putting Pressure On Already Overcrowded Prisons

The Cheshire slayings this summer are rapidly becoming Connecticut's 9/11 - subject to endless political manipulation, used to justify hastily conceived and unreasonable so-called "reforms." The stumbling blocks to "comprehensive reform" of the parole system -- 821 temporary beds, for one -- will likely be steamrolled in the name of remembering Cheshire... Zakhor!
